Executive Life Coaching where learners will be introduced to the concept of life coaching (also called life-skills coaching or personal coaching) which is defined as a process in which coaches helps clients enhance their life experiences over a range of domains, which may or may not include the workplace.
Learners will also be introduced to the six contexts in which life coaching takes place:
- Confidence and self-esteem,
- Career transitions,
- Relationships,
- Dreams and aspirations,
- Getting one’s life in order, and
- Health and physical well-being.
Learners will also be given 1-hour facetime coaching as part of this training programme.
Rates
80% of the professional fee will be donated to Character & Leadership Academy’s Mental Health & Community Initiatives.

Impact to the Community by Youth (Project I.C.Y.) - "Youth Initiatives that Matter, For Youth, By Youth." is an initiative encouraging youth to turn their ideas of community-based projects close to their hearts into reality by granting approved individual projects up to $1,000 and group projects up to $3,000.
